Sports cultural quality of the people through sports knowledge learning and to participate in sports activities and form the comprehensive performance of various kinds of physical ability and behavior, Improve the students' sports culture quality is to adapt to the modern transformation of education from exam-oriented education to quality education an important part of, In the sports teaching should pays attention to improve the students' sports culture quality. Sports cultural qualities of the people through a comprehensive performance sports knowledge, learning and participation in sports activities and the formation of a variety of sporting ability and behavior. It is through sports knowledge, skills, sports, sports technology, sports consciousness, sports and other aspects of personality to the performance. Sports and cultural qualities of students to adapt to the current fierce competition and the future of social competition must possess personal qualities, physical education should be paid great attention to improving students' sports and cultural qualities.
