摘要
Three-dimensional optical waveguide devices are fabricated in glass using ferntosecond pulses from an extended cavity Ti:sapphire laser oscillator. We demonstrate increased device densities by fabricating highly symmetric IN waveguide splitters in three dimensions. (c) 2005 Optical Society of Anierica
