摘要：

The article is devoted to exploring the problem of importance of the Chorus and of definition of Russian prince's place in the Divine Service in the temples of Novgorod in the 11th to the first third of the 12th centuries. This problem is studied in the context of Byzantine tradition and of its Russian modification.
