摘要：

This paper presents the plans and first results of a project concerning a simulation environment for Neural Nets. We created a set of modules that can be used for the testing of small size neural nets. The modules are suitable to be used for learning ANN theory. The environment is implemented in Java and available on the web. Programs are accompanied by html documentation and with a description of the models and examples. The neural network models addressed in the project are; Back Propagation, Kohonen, Hopfield and ADAM neural nets.
