摘要：
In this paper, we consider a family of nonlinear time-delay singular systems which can be described by retarded differential-difference equations. For such systems, we present the sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability. The asymptotic stability condition which we will establish is a so-called delay independent condition, i.e., the condition is applicable for any bounded delay, no matter how large the bound is. We give some concluding remarks.
