摘要
A medical microneedle candidate material is prepared bases on polylactic acid (PLA), poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), and low content of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) composites. A successive self-nucleation and annealing analysis was applied and the presence of PEG and the MWCNT ratio had a significant influence on the processability of PLA. The composites show much better tensile strength and elongation at break than pure PLA. Based on the good processability and the balance of high strength and superior toughness, the polymer composites can be potential material for medical microneedle.
