摘要
Currently, environmental issues caused by economic growth are urgent and critical, which is related to the quality level of economic development and the sustainability of social development. The traditional industrial structure theory no longer adapts to the trend of economic development. Therefore, the concept of ecology is introduced in the improvement of relevant theories, and the ecological structure innovation takes into account economic and ecological benefits which can be used to help upgrade industrial structure, and is in line with the economic development of the industry. This paper studies on the current status of industrial structure development through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and analyzes the function mechanism of Ecological innovation to promote industrial structure upgrading, which can be used to guide the growth of emerging industries and transform traditional industries. In addition, it adopts the method of measuring economy to prove the rationality of the function mechanism and carries out proposals of industrial structure upgrading based on it: use policy guidance, strengthen cooperation among various departments within the industry and form a good atmosphere for Ecological innovation so as to achieve sustainable development for both the society and the economy.
