Structural and dynamic features of microbial complexes of forest-swamp ecosystems in West Siberia

摘要
In deep peat soils of forest-swamp ecosystems of West Siberia, the structural, dynamic and functional features of microbial complexes are estimated. Data on biological and chemical activity of peat deposits in the context of processes of organic matter decomposition and humus accumulation are presented. Quantitative indicators of microbiological mineralization and soil oligotrophicity are given, and their coefficients are calculated. The pool of microorganisms of a 8 meter thick layer is calculated for estimating the degree to which the forest-swamp soils are enriched with microflora.
