摘要
The supporters of community life and democracy, for two centuries, have sought to carry out, in the curse of the experiences of the various dictatorships and totalitarian regimes, efforts in favor of the democratic management of societies. The question that is asked, in the face of history, is pertinent: does the contemporary world, in fact, realize, in a growing and permanent way, a democratic life made through broad popular participation, in all aspects? If democracy, as a popular exercise can exist, in many cases, with broad collective participation, what is the reason for the constant destitution of democratic life around the world? The question we ask, in this paper, in view of the difficult situation to analyze is think the possibility and strength of small political parties in political life today. Can the propositions of small parties change the rules of the democratic game?
