摘要
TripTrus.Com had a high number of site visits based on data in 2017. However, the visit duration and frequency of each visitor was not promising compared to some of the site's competitors. They had longer visit duration and lower site bounce rate. This relates to stickiness, which is one of the critical success factors of e-commerce sites. To improve stickiness of TripTrus.com this research investigates its affecting factors. It took TripTrus.Com's users as respondents with purposive sampling method. The research framework was built on e-servicescape and e-commerce success model. The collected data was processed using PLS-SEM tool i.e. SmartPLS version 3. The result shows that the factors influencing stickiness of TripTrus.Com are system quality, e-servicescape, trustworthiness, customer trust, and website image.
