摘要
To help improve access to clean water, this paper mainly develops as follows: firstly, a supply-demand ratio model is established to measure the situation of water scarcity of some region. In the evaluation model, five coefficients are respectively introduced. We fmd that a smaller supply-demand ratio means severer water pressure. Secondly, Shandong province where water is heavily overloaded is chosen as the study object. Various reasons of water scarcity in that region are analyzed. Then, method of grey prediction is used to predict population size, urbanization level and water situation of Shandong in 15 years. We fmd that among the factors which influence supply-demand ratio, population size and urbanization level greatly contribute to the increase of water demand.
