摘要
The comprehensive evaluation on competitiveness of high-tech enterprise is a very important task. Under the background of scientific concept of development and increasing market competition, and considering the characteristics of high-tech enterprise, this paper attempts to establish a four-D comprehensive evaluation index system including economic scale and level of development, technological strength and innovation ability, social responsibility, and human development with AHP method. This paper also makes a case study with gray multi-level evaluation model, aiming to solve the problem of competitiveness evaluation of high-tech enterprise more effectively.
