摘要：

Enterprises have recognized the need for knowledge management but continue to implement technology solutions that prove difficult to measure or deliver poor results. This has prompted many to resign the issue altogether and claim that knowledge management is an organizational culture issue rather than a technology issue. This paper presents a new framework for viewing how knowledge is generated and shared in organizations and provides examples of solutions that are available to corporations today.
