摘要：

Granulocytic sarcoma (GS) is a rare extramedullary tumor frequently associated with acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML). We report six cases of brain and spinal cord locations. In most cases, the diagnosis was delayed or initially missed. Pathology and immuno-histochemistry data identified the disease. GS is treated with chemotherapy, like AML. (c) 2012 Elsevier Masson SAS.
