摘要
This paper developed external environment impact assessment index system based on the asset management process of power grid Corporation. It established an entropy-TOPSIS environment impact assessment evaluation model and adopted the general procedure by Mat lab language with this above comprehensive evaluation model to sort the external environment factors according to the impact degree so as to choose the important factors, and provided decision support to develop asset management strategies. This model introduced information-entropy to calculate every scoring expert weight in order to avoid determining subjectively the weight.
