Shielding Effectiveness of Fiber Reinforced Composites with Random Fluctuation Microstructure

摘要
We propose a modified homogenization model by considering fiber reinforced composites with the random fluctuation microstructure in practical manufacturing craft. Several unknown factors are introduced in the proposed homogenization model to describe the behaviors of random fluctuation. Three infinite composite sheets are selected for validating the model. Unknown factors in this model can be obtained by using the least squares approximation easily. Then the results of shielding effectiveness (SE) obtained from proposed model are compared to numerical results from actual fiber reinforced composite structure in commercial software. Reasonable agreements indicate that the proposed model can efficiently estimate SE.
