摘要：

This paper used stochastic frontier analysis to empirically analyze innovation efficiency and factors affecting China pharmaceutical manufacturing. Research shows output elasticity of R&D personnel in innovation is weaker than that in R&D funds. R&D funds mainly drive innovation output. The number of enterprises and industry profit respectively has significantly negative and positive impact on innovation efficiency.
