摘要：

This paper proposed an efficient way to reduce costs from the 'Entire Life-cycle' point. This method, can reduce the economic risks of green construction. Considering cost analysis ideas and the main factors affecting the cost of green construction, the cost of green construction can be controlled. The theory and method of cost control into the green construction market are introduced. The following conclusions are drawn: Implement the green management of project cost; Address the cognition mistakes of the construction enterprise's in the promotion of green construction; Establish the concept of green construction cost control; guide the green construction from economic thoughts and market operation.
