摘要
The fresh food supply chain faces significant challenges, the food will lose its value rapidly with storage time, and result in the problem of food safety. For the purpose of fresh food safety and maximize fresh food core enterprises profit, this paper describe a network model of safety fresh food supply chain, with quality competition. The model introduce output rate of path p to obtain the number of damaged foods, thus determine the quality of the food, ensure food safety. In this paper, we concluded the variational inequality formulations, which the condition of safety fresh food supply chain network Cournot-Nash equilibrium. The safety fresh supply chain network model is flexible, fresh food core enterprises can use it to adopt better strategy, reach food safety and maximize profit.
