摘要
Relevance of the Mossbauer spectroscopy in the investigation of the sigma-phase in Fe-Cr and Fe-V systems, base alloys for technologically important steels, will be demonstrated by showing its standard applications in identification of sigma, quantitative study of the kinetics of alpha-to-sigma phase transformation and determination of the Curie and Debye temperatures.
