摘要
Variant design has already become the focus of digital design, and modular design is the foundation for realizing variant design. To realize variant design for a certain class of milling planer, according to the analysis of the characteristics and developing situation of milling planer, a modular design method orienting to variant design is presented in this paper. Functional independence of module should be the first priority in the method; then the structural independence. By using the method of system analysis, combining with parameters and type spectrum of series of products, module division is successfully implemented on milling platter. The feasibility of this method is verified by experiments. The ability to respond to the market of this product has been improved significantly.
