摘要
The pulsed eddy current testing is commonly method that used for the detection of metal thickness. This paper takes the thin aluminum plate as the research object, uses Ansoft finite element simulation software,and uses the square wave pulse to stimulate the aluminum plate with different thickness to carry on the examination. It is found that the time-domain and frequency-domain features of the detection differential signal show a certain degree of regularity with the thickness of the aluminum plate. After analysis, the relationship between zero-crossing time, voltage amplitude and aluminum thickness was obtained.
