摘要
This work analyzes the content of the fundamental right to ideological, religious and worship freedom (with special emphasis on religious freedom), which is guaranteed by Article 16 of the Spanish Constitution, as well as the scope of the limitation of public order protected by law; the religious neutrality of the State is also studied as another matter different from the fundamental right. All this, following the doctrine of the Constitutional Court. The institutional position of the State, required by the current Constitution, has involved a substantial modification, which requires a process of assimilation, in which the relations of cooperation of the State with the Catholic Church and the other confessions must have an important role.
