摘要：

College student cadres are the backbone of the work of students, they play a very important role in student management, such as role of leading, role of organization and management, role of bridges and bonds linking and role of advisors and assistants. At present, there are some problems in the student cadres, such as the utility of heart to serve as student cadres, the quality structure of student cadres is not perfect, the selection mechanism of student cadres is not perfect and the indifference of student cadres' training. This article would take Agricultural University of Hebei as an example. Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the selection mechanism and evaluation system to provide a basis for effective management of college student cadres.
