摘要
We are interested in Diversity management and familiarize with related terms and relationships in the posted article. It is crucial to be aware of globalization and worldwide interne connection and following getting shorter of distances. Diversity management becomes to part of everyday corporate life - both on national and transnational business level. We compare diversity management with equal opportunities management and find distinctness between them. The last part of article is devoted to diversity at workplace and advantages of diverse team.
