Phonons and electron-phonon coupling in nickel borocarbides

摘要
We present first principles calculations of the bandstructure, the phonons and the electron-phonon interaction in superconducting YNi2B2C (T-c = 15.5 K) within the framework of the local density approximation (LDA). The results are compared with those of nonsuperconducting reference systems LaNi2B2C and Y(Ni.75Co0.25)(2)B2C.
