摘要
For obtaining a novel horn with low cross-polarization components over multiple frequency bands, an axially symmetric dielectric rod with a tapered profile is loaded in the horn up to the aperture, and coaxial grooves are also loaded around the circular aperture. Thus, this paper presents a designed horn with two different types of waveguide-ports for feeding signals for 12/14 GHz (Ku band) and 20/30 GHz (Ka band), respectively, and evaluates the frequency characteristics at each band.
