摘要
Mossbauer spectra of ScFeO3 oxide, recorded over a wide range of temperature, were analyzed in terms of different magnetic environments (Sc3+/Fe3+) possible for the Fe-57 nuclei. The covalence effects on the magnetic superexchange Fe3+-O-Fe3+ interactions and super-transferred hyperfine interactions of Fe-57 atoms in the ferrite structure are discussed. A consistent description of the results in the framework of Weiss molecular field model considering the specific local environment of iron atoms enabled to estimate exchange integrals (J(FeFe)). A proper model for spectra fitting using a six-state spin relaxation phenomenon was proposed.
