摘要
An intelligent virtual avatar is an embodiment of 3D graphics entity, it is very useful in online e-learning, it can enhance the friendliness of software interface. An intelligent virtual avatar's emotion (behavior) should be believable and logic, there is little research on virtual avatar's mental models. A computational model of intelligent virtual avatar is set up, a quantitative relation among motivation, stimuli and emotion (behavior) is proposed. The model can control an intelligent virtual avatar's autonomous emotions (behaviors).
