摘要
with ever-increasing concerns on energy issues, the development of renewable energy sources is becoming more and more attractive. This paper proposes a high performance power generations of hybrid System (Wind Turbine/Photovoltaic) driving Doubly Fed Induction Generator fed by three-level inverter (NPC) structure for. The proposed structure which can boost the low voltage of photovoltaic (PV) system, using the fuzzy-logic controller (FLC) to control of maximum power point tracker (MPPT) of PV generator, and can also to increase the voltage of the photovoltaic DC power and convert it to high quality AC power. In this way, a Field oriented control (FOC) technique has been applied. This control strategy uses the cascade regulation subordinated both to the direct and quadratic DFIG rotor current internal feedback the redundancy. This system of control equipped with two feedback rotor active and reactive power enables the wind turbine rotation speed to be controlled. This study shows the performance of the DC voltage system and show the good static and dynamic performances obtained in simulation of the proposed cascade "photovoltaic cell-three-level NPC Voltage Source Inverter (VSI)-DFIG"..
