摘要
Triple domino: An organocatalytic asymmetric triple cascade reaction to form tetracyclic pyridocarbazole derivatives is described. The new protocol includes a Diels-Alder/aza-Michael/aldol condensation sequence. Up to six stereogenic centers are formed with excellent diastereo- and enantioselectivity. IM = iminium activation; EN = enamine activation. © 2013 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
