摘要：
This article details the performance of a Ka-band oscillator under the influence of an external injection-locking signal used for direct phase shift keying of a microwave signal. The results obtained indicate that it is possible to obtain at least 100 degrees of phase change for a PHEMT MMIC oscillator operating in reflection-locked mode. (C) 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
