摘要
With the coming of the age in which learning should be given enough emphasis on, it is necessary for college PE teachers to pay enough and even much attention to informal learning, to improve their own ability of informal learning and to master the skills and strategies of this kind of learning. Based on the review of the account of the significance of informal learning on the professional development of college PE teachers, this article discusses some efficient strategies to improve college PE teachers' informal learning.
