摘要
Business class seat is a representative of brand imaging an airlines operator that give premium services for each customer. Meanwhile, availability level and operational functions must be keep in a good way to assure all business class seats are good condition. Business class seat consists of many electrical and mechanical component, if there has a failure so the business class seat will be unavailable to use. Therefore to assure seat availability, maintenance program is needed. This paper introduces a combination of historical data and manufacturer or vendor recommendation in order to obtain an optimum maintenance program that suitable for the business-class seat. The method use Markov simulation based on unscheduled removal parts to gain the predictive time removal, and manufacturer or vendor recommendation as preventive maintenance for business class seat.
