Approach for multi-attribute group decision making based on linguistic-valued aggregation operator

摘要
In order to deal with decision making problem with fuzzy linguistic-valued information which is both comparable and incomparable, based on linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy lattice, the model of multi-attribute group decision making which based on the linguistic-valued aggregation operator is established. Firstly, for the aggregation problem of fuzzy linguistic-valued information, linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator (LTV-IFWA) and linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator (LTV-IFOWA) are proposed, and the properties of the proposed operators are discussed. Secondly, the group integrated attribute values are ranked, the best project is determined by the final ranking result. For the incomparable situation in the ranking process, reference nearness degree is presented. The algorithms of partial true reference nearness degree (beta T) and partial false reference nearness degree (beta F) are given. Decision makers can select algorithm by preference. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the reasonability and validity of the proposed group decision-making approach.
