摘要
We demonstrate nonlinear-polarization-evolution mode-locking in a ring-cavity Yb-fiber oscillator consisting of both polarization-maintaining (PM) and non-PM fibers. A femtosecond Yb-fiber oscillator at 12-MHz repetition-rate with 10-nJ pulse energy is implemented employing this hybrid cavity. (C)2012 Optical Society of America
