摘要
With more and more strict macroeconomic regulation and supervision to the real estate industry, the living environment of the real estate companies becomes more and more cruel. Many large real estate companies lowered the selling price to promote the sales, but customers still wait and see. So making proper marketing strategy becomes obviously more important to the real estate companies. But analyzing and understanding the behaviors of the customers on the target market is the basis of that work. After making some investigations to the buyers on Chongqing real estate market and analyzing the results of the investigations, the author tries to propose some corresponding solutions and suggestions on the marketing strategy of the real estate companies.
