摘要：
To implementing the cleaner production (CP) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is playing an increasingly prominent role in developing scientific thinking and improving current status of environmental pollution. Because of the limited capital and financing of the small and medium-sized enterprises needs more supports from the bank. After analyzing the meaning of cleaner production and the current status of loan in environmental protection the paper presents the benefits of CP in a paper mill. The goal of this paper is to motivate the bank to support the small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt more effective countermeasures on cleaner production.
