摘要
Since financial crisis, steel industry situation has been more and more serious. Steel market keeps the status that supply exceeds demand, and competition of steel companies becomes more and more fierce. Thus, many domestic steel companies turn to international market, for pursuit of new profit increasing points, along with no good results. This paper chooses AB Steel Trading Company as case. Combined with current macro-environment faced by steel trading companies, it analyzes the company's market expanding situation and existing problems, provides market expanding strategy and puts forward safeguard measures from capital and talents.
