Transrectal ultrasonography and seminal vesicle aspiration with or without vesiculography have become an integral part of the evaluation and management of the infertile male with ejaculatory duct obstruction. We have found that the Echo Tip Turner Biopsy Needle used in conjunction with ultrasound guidance greatly facilitates these transrectal procedures. (C) 1997, Elsevier Science Inc.
