摘要
The purpose of this article is a trial running of wind power plant Mravenecnik with rated power 220 kW in term of reliability. This wind power plant operates CEZ company within a wind farm about general site rated power 1, 165 MW in locality Mravenecnik above Kouty nad Desnou. The farm is situated in Medvedi mountain not far from pumped storage hydro plant Dlouhe Strane in Jeseniky at the level of 1160 m above sea. This wind power plant belonged to the highly situated wind power plant in Europe. Basic for evaluation is measuring, which run on wind power plant in phase from 11.10.2005 to the 23.5.2006. Analysis has been carried out in light of average rate wind, instantaneous power and produced energy. Further there are analyzed types and failure frequency, that occurred during running. Measured data was viewed, how long the power station was able to supply electric energy, how long was in failure and what was time of single failures. The policy of renewable sources set very ambitious purposes for integration of wind power plants into the network power system all over the world. Problem in use of wind energy is, however, variability of power wind power plants - wind speed is accidental (stochastic). Output power of wind power plant changes dependence on time and it is not dirigible in the same way as it is convention power plants. Power control (secondary, tertiary) is impacted, inclusive dispatch control. Because at running electricity sector system pays that the production must stow consumption, it is always need to ensure reserve power for even up departures that the wind power plant implicate. During period of calm, energy must be replaced by other sources - energy (kWh) is then more expensive. For preservation of right reliability is necessary, at high rate wind power plant in system, to ensure not only needed reserve power, but also it is necessary to strengthen transmission line.
