摘要
One of the keys to achieve the ground penetrating radar (GPR) technology is how to design and generate the ultra-wideband pulses. In this paper, the selection method of the main parameters for TWSR was analyzed, and the generating methods and characteristics of the narrow pulse that is commonly used in several types of UWB were discussed; an ultra-wideband pulse generation circuit based on the low voltage avalanche characteristics of RF triode was analyzed and designed, and via simulations and debugs in Multisim, a UWB bipolar narrow pulse with a peak voltage of 1.76v and a width of 1.342ns was generated, of which the leading edge was similar to the waveform of Gaussian pulse first order derivative function, and the waveform was relatively desired, while the circuit was simple and easy to implement.
