摘要
In this paper, a novel Ku-band frequency hopping source is designed. Using the digital frequency synthesizer and high-performance point frequency signal mixing directly can get high-performance frequency hopping frequency source through the double frequency chain. It has the characteristic of low phase noise, low spurious, high frequency stability. Tested in 12.96GHz frequency point, it shows that the phase noise at offset of 1 kHz, 10 kHz and 1 MHz are -80.10dBc/Hz, -112.80dBc/Hz, -130.91dBc/Hz, respectively.
