摘要
Influence of temperature of sintering process on microstructure of Bi2Te3 is investigated range 240 degrees C - 450 degrees C. It is shown that anomalous crystallite growth rate is observed near 320 degrees C. This effect is also reflected in changes of thermoelectric and transport properties of samples.
