摘要：
Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a rare, acquired stem cell disorder, leading to a deficient biosynthesis of GPI-linked proteins in hematopoetic cells. We report a 50-year-old female patient who presented with intravascular hemolysis, cytopenias, and recurrent thrombosis. This case documents a rare neurologic presentation of PNH with recurrent ischemic cerebral infarction.
