摘要
The corporate culture is the "soft power", which is also a key factor in forming the core competitiveness of enterprises; corporate culture is the sum of corporate values and norms of behavior is the soul and spiritual support. The primary task of the construction of corporate culture is to implement the scientific concept of development requirements around the building of a harmonious society, on the basis of inheritance innovative construction to create a better cultural environment for the long-term health development, and provide a powerful ideological guarantee Behavioral protection.
