Relation between pole-placement and linear quadratic regulator for discrete-time systems

摘要
The relation between the pole placement technique and rite optimal regulator technique of discrete time system is presented. It is shown that the closed loop system based on both techniques, and under certain conditions, has a common Lyapunov function. It bridges rite gap between these two methods for discrete-time systems, and makes them more understandable. (C) 1997 The Franklin Institute.
