摘要
The multilayer time domain transmission line model of ground penetrating radar (GPR) has been described in the paper. It is comprehensive and helpful in understanding basic principles of GPR and its main limitations. What is more one can use the model to simulate effectiveness of the radar in specific situations, as long as it can estimate the layer characteristics for the model.
