摘要
The reaction processes of IrO2 and SrCO3, BaCO3 were analyzed by TG-DSC, and the influences of different temperatures, ratios and re-calcining processes on SrIrO3 and BaIrO3 phases were studied. Then, the optimum synthesis conditions of controllable pure SrIrO3 and BaIrO3 composited oxide powder were obtained. Based on the above, SrIrO3 and BaIrO3 composited oxide ceramics with good crystallzation and high density were prepared by SPS technique.
