摘要
The paper deals with representations of success, representations of different types of handicap, and representations of success in people with different handicaps. The present study is a part of the project, Cognitive vs. Social Prerequisites of Success in People with Handicap.. The paper summarizes first observations from the study implemented in the Fall 2009 by the method of focus groups with three different target groups. The theoretical background for analyzing focus groups was the Social Representations Theory. Methodological and ethical issues related to the topic of research are discussed along with some preliminary findings.
